Aidan Murphy, known professionally as Aidan Gillen, is an Irish actor who turns 58 today. 

 

Although awards aren’t his strong suit, Gillen has built a solid and critically acclaimed career, especially in Irish and British television, where he is praised for his complex roles.

In film, he stood out in “Batman: The Dark Knight Rises” (2012), “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials” (2014), and “Bohemian Rhapsody” (2018).

Aidan Gillen does not have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Aidan Gillen was married to British actress Olivia O’Flanagan (2007-), known for her work in “Belfast” (2021), from 2001 to 2014. The couple has two sons: actor Berry Murphy (1997-) and student Joe Murphy (2000-).

Barbra Streisand has been married twice, first to American actor Elliott Gould, born Elliott Goldstein (1938-) from 1963 to 1971. The couple has one son, American actor and film director Jason Emanuel Gould (1966-), and with her current husband, American actor Craig Kenneth Bruderlin, known professionally as James Brolin (1940-) since 1998.
