Haiku: Stop War - ©Theda Bara

Haiku and Art by ©Theda Bara — 2024

War could not be a human creation

War destroys homes and lives

War traumatizes and humanity must always be love!

☞ Phan Thị Kim Phúc, the “napalm girl” (photographed in 1972) running naked down the road in front of soldiers, marked the memory of the Vietnam War, which took place from November 1, 1955 to April 30, 1975. Kim Phúc is 61 years old, lives in Canada, where she still receives skin treatment for burns, is married and has two children.

  3. My dear friend Theodosia,
This Haiku says a lot about the wars that are being fought in various parts of the world.
Here I find a lot of sensitivity in your words.
    Kisses!!!

Gostei bastante deste Haiku, amiga Theda.
